At Yesterday's Patterns, we really appreciate your orders! Most items will be shipped within 48 hours, barring technical troubles in receiving your orders. Orders generally ship by US Mail, First Class. You will be provided with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within 1 week of ordering, please notify us at orders@yesterdayspatterns.com by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the screen!
We make every effort to insure that your order is correct, and that all the pieces, instructions, etc. are included. If you encounter ANY problems with your shipment, we want to know about it! Due to the age of some of the patterns, envelopes, pattern pieces, instructions, etc. may be very fragile.
If you do need to request an exchange due to a defect in the pattern such as a missing piece, please email orders@yesterdayspatterns.com by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the screen. We will gladly exchange the pattern for the same pattern, or a very similar one, with your approval, if we do not have another copy of the original pattern in stock. Please check sizes carefully before ordering, since pattern sizes have changed over the years. Exchanges are not accepted for ordering the wrong size!
